Mayor Baraka reiterates support for guaranteed income initiative

Mayor Ras J. Baraka reiterated his support for the City of Newark to create a guaranteed basic income for all residents. In doing so, he cited the powerful economic impact the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) is creating, on top of the dire health issue.
