Consul-General of Portugal in Newark visits the Luso-Americano

Luís Sequeira, new Consul-General of Portugal in Newark paid a courtesy visit to the Luso-Americano office on 66 Union St in Newark, in mid-October.

Publisher António Matinho welcomed the Portuguese diplomat and showed him around the facility and museum containing the archives and artifacts belonging to the news publication which has a print edition and a digital edition.

The Luso-Americano was originally founded in 1928 and has been in continuous publication since 1939.
