Council approves new zoning allowing 25 to 45 story buildings along the Riverfront

The Newark City Council approved the Riverfront MX2 Zone on October 11, which allows 25 to 45 story buildings in Ironbound along the Passaic River, between Penn Station and Jefferson Street.
