Lover’s Handkerchiefs: A tradition from Minho to be shown in an interactive exhibit in London

A tradition by the young women from Vila Verde in the Minho province, Portugal, will be shown in an interactive exhibit at the Arts and Humanities Festival at King’s College in London. It was a tradition for the young women to embroider handkerchiefs which they than offered to their boyfriends.
