Maria Barbosa lost District 5 School Board race. Mayoral race heads to runoff.

With all precincts reporting the evening of Aug. 18, the Palm Coast mayoral race will head to a runoff.

In the District 5 School Board race, incumbent Maria Barbosa lost her seat to Cheryl Massaro.
