New Jersey Governor appoints Manuel da Silva CEO of Schools Development


New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy appointed Manuel da Silva CEO of Schools Development, who will now take over as acting head of the Schools Development Authority (SDA).

Da Silva was named acting CEO in May following the resignation of Lizette Delgado-Polanco amidst criticism of her hiring of friends and relatives to high-paying jobs at the agency.
