Sport Club Português of Newark, NJ celebrates its 95th Anniversary

 

On Saturday, December 10, the Sport Club Português, headquartered in the Ironbound section of Newark, NJ, celebrated its 95th Anniversary with a gala dinner held at the club. Over 300 people attended the event, including several dignitaries, namely Domingos Fezas Vital, Portugal’s Ambassador in Washington, DC, Pedro de Oliveira, General Consul of Portugal in Newark, NJ, Eliana Pintor Marin, NJ Assemblywoman, Gabriel Marques and Bruno Machado, respectively NY and NJ members of the Council of Portuguese Communities, among others.
