Urban agriculture grows at the Farmers Market in the Ironbound

The Ironbound Community Corporation (ICC) recently announced the new Down Bottom Farmer’s Market on Saturdays from mid-May through the end of October, featuring Jersey Fresh produce from farms throughout Newark, New Jersey, and beyond. The farmer’s market is open Saturdays from 10am-2pm located on the corner of St. Charles Street and Ferry Street. EBT, SNAP, WIC, Senior Vouchers, Visa, Mastercard and cash will be accepted.
