First-ever NJ Ethnic and Community Media Expo held in Ewing Township

On Thursday, April 4th The Center for Cooperative Media (CCM) at Montclair State University organized its inaugural NJ local and ethnic media expo. The event’s goal was to unite and showcase New Jersey’s ethnic and community news outlets to lawmakers, advertising agencies, academics, marketing and com- munications groups. In attendance were dozens of community and ethnic media organizations from throughout the Garden State including newspapers, radio stations and television channels. The CCM is planning to hold an annual Expo to promote and strengthen local and ethnic media in the State of New Jersey.
