Board of Education Commissioner Maria Z. Carvalho holds Foot Golf tournament

Maria Z. Carvalho, Board of Education Commissioner of Elizabeth, NJ, held a Foot Golf Tournament last Friday, June 28.

Several supporters and companies were present at the event, that took place at the Ash Brook Golf Course, located in Scotch Plains.

All of those who were present spent a different and fun day, which consisted of: the tournament (foot golf is a new type of sport that combines soccer and golf, being more closely related to golf); a lunch (with roasted pig on the menu) and a dinner, where prizes were awarded.
