Variance hearing for proposed 12 story building in Newark postponed to June 25

On Monday, May 21, 2018 the Newark Central Planning Board voted to postpone hearing the variance/site plan application for a proposed 12 story building to be built on McWhorter, Union and Hamilton Streets in the Ironbound section of the city. The new hearing date is scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on June 25, 2018 at City Hall, 920 Broad Street, 2nd floor Council Chambers.
