International space event to discuss plan for a proposed satellite to be built in Portugal

The University of Beira Interior (UBI) in Covilhã, in Portugal’s Castelo Branco district, is hosting an event on Astrodynamics, September 26-28 attended by specialists from Portugal and around the world, aiming to share their knowledge about space.
