Luís Manuel Borralho Sequeira – Appointed new Consul General of Portugal

Luís Manuel Borralho Sequeira has been appointed as sucessor to Consul-General Pedro Monteiro.

The new consul general is 49 years old and is from Portimão (Algarve). He started his diplomatic career in 1998 and is currently placed as the permanent representative of Portugal to the European Union in Brussels. Sequeira will replace the diplomat Pedro Monteiro, who terminates his duties on July 15.
