Fernanda Cruz – Newark BCB bank branch manager

BCB Bank has named Fernanda Cruz branch manager/business development officer at its Newark branch, located at 269 Ferry Street. Cruz has deep roots in the Newark community and will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bank and support of local businesses.

Most recently Cruz served in a leadership position at TD Bank in Newark, where she was the recipient of a CEO Leadership Award. She has strong ties with the business community in Newark and has become a center of influence in the city. Cruz believes in establishing personal relationships with both her residential and business customers and brings that commitment to BCB bank. She began her banking career in 1996 as a teller at Ironbound Bank in Elizabeth, which later merged with New York Community Bank.
